Our discounted shuttle will pick you up at either The Hopkins Center on the Dartmouth Campus, or at the New London Park n Ride at I-89 Exit 12.  We also offer home/office pickup in certain cities.  Contact us to see if your city is on the list.
When you book with us, we may turn away other customers. Therefore, our policy is: 1) All one way cancellations incur a min $15 fee (Roundtrip cancellations incur min $30 fee). Cancellations within 12 hours of pickup incur 50% fee. Changes/Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup incur 100% fee.For more information, visit our Policies page.

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT)
The LIMO AREA is located across the street from the Main Entrance.  Cross the street towards the rental car companies and the 6 floor parking garage.  Once you walk down 7 steps STOP.  You are now in the LIMO AREA.  It isn’t marked well, but it is marked.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)
Pickup points vary depending on the terminal (A, B, C or E) at which you arrive.  Ask our guest service reservationists.  Also, your driver will be happy to give you directions when s/he reconfirms with you by phone, text or email one day in advance.

Yes. Payment should be made when making the reservation.

Our driver will contact the passenger the day prior to pickup and will review the arrival pickup details.  S/he will also provide their phone number.

Yes. we’ll check it prior to leaving for the airport as well as while waiting.

Our shuttle drivers will wait up to (but no later than) 15 minutes after the scheduled departure from Manchester Airport (MHT).  It really isn’t fair to ask other passengers to wait any longer than that.  If you miss your shuttle (or if you think you may miss your shuttle), contact our office so we can provide you with alternative transportation options.

As long as your original flight (airline and flight number) arrives, your Car Service Drivers will wait for you (up to 4 hours) at no additional charge (additional gratuities are much appreciated.)   If you find that your flight has been delayed or canceled, please communicate with our office and your driver so we can provide you with alternative transportation options.

We will describe the vehicle when we contact you the day before your pickup. We’ll describe it again when you call from baggage claim.
